- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
