Position Title: Mandarin Speaking Admin Clerk
Job Description:
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Prepare, translate, and manage documents in Mandarin and English.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries in a professional manner in both languages.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide support for Mandarin-speaking clients, staff, or vendors as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
