Job Description:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Prepare, translate, and manage documents in Mandarin and English.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries in a professional manner in both languages.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide support for Mandarin-speaking clients, staff, or vendors as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
