OFFICE ENGINEER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Result Areas:

• Provides engineering input required to assist the Technical Operations Head in evaluating the project concept, costing and timetables;
• Provides technical sales support e.g. entertaining customers' inquiries regarding construction works/product output;
• Provides technical assistance in accomplishing requirements for building permits, occupancy permits and for processing of application for electric connections;
• Monitors project progress and costs
• Keeps documents and files of the department in order.

• Responsible for the preparation and review of facilities plans, construction contract bid documents, and specifications, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials.
• Prepares, reviews, and integrates planning and construction policies and procedures in alignment with the company's master plan.
• Facilitates and assists in providing materials for the construction group

• Perform such other functions and/or tasks that maybe assigned to him/her from time-to-time.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, ensuring flexibility in handling various tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
