We are looking for a Client Success Manager (Account Manager) to play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and ensuring long-term success of our corporate travel programs. This is a new and strategic role designed to nurture accounts post-acquisition, delivering value, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for corporate travel programs, engaging with senior management, travel managers, and travelers.
- Handle client queries, reporting, and program reviews, and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth delivery of ongoing services.
- Build trusted partnerships that create long-term business value.
- Proven background in corporate travel management at a decision-making or senior consulting level.
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel programs and industry practices.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and diverse client groups.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with empathy and strong organizational abilities.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for account growth.
- Well-connected with an established travel industry network.
- Current or former Travel Manager or Travel Consultant ready to diversify and grow into a client-facing account management role.
- Experienced professional with the maturity to handle complex client needs.
