Account Manager (Travel industry experience required)

We are looking for a Client Success Manager (Account Manager) to play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and ensuring long-term success of our corporate travel programs. This is a new and strategic role designed to nurture accounts post-acquisition, delivering value, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for corporate travel programs, engaging with senior management, travel managers, and travelers.
  • Handle client queries, reporting, and program reviews, and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth delivery of ongoing services.
  • Build trusted partnerships that create long-term business value.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Proven background in corporate travel management at a decision-making or senior consulting level.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel programs and industry practices.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and diverse client groups.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with empathy and strong organizational abilities.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for account growth.
  • Well-connected with an established travel industry network.
Preferred Background
  • Current or former Travel Manager or Travel Consultant ready to diversify and grow into a client-facing account management role.
  • Experienced professional with the maturity to handle complex client needs.

This is essentially WFH in nature, working either a morning or midshift PH schedule from Mondays to Fridays, with quarterly in-person meetings usually done in Makati City.
