Dealer Programs Coordinator (Dealer Marketing) - Quezon City

Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. is looking for proactive and results-driven Dealer Programs Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic programs that motivate our dealer sales force and drive sales growth.

This is a crucial position that directly contributes to our company's success by strengthening our partnerships and boosting our sales channels.

• Develop and propose innovative strategies and programs to motivate the dealer sales force, ensuring the achievement of dealer KPIs and overall sales objectives.
• Execute approved sales force programs, providing guidance to the Field Sales Team on setting, implementing, and monitoring annual sales initiatives and trip eligibility requirements.
• Propose and implement after-sales programs to boost motivation and target achievement for service manpower.
• Negotiate and finalize arrangements with external agencies to secure cost-efficient and optimal options for trips and other performance-based rewards.
• Support other structured communication and motivation activities, and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Proven experience in marketing, sales support, or program management.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and present strategic proposals to management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
• A creative, proactive mindset with a focus on results.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Preferably able to safely and confidently driver cars, with a valid driver's license
