We're looking for an experienced, driven professional ready to own the full estimating and contract administration process in a growing residential construction business. If you thrive on autonomy, precision, and making systems better, this is your chance to step into a high-impact role.

You’ll shape project outcomes from first takeoff to final delivery, collaborate closely with leadership, and help drive strategic growth.

Job Highlights
  • Monthly Rate: Approximately PHP 54,000
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with 1 hour unpaid break | Sydney, AU time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and own the full estimating process from takeoff to final pricing
  • Develop and implement estimating and contract administration processes and systems
  • Manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate directly with clients, suppliers, and trades
  • Create and maintain project documentation and contracts
  • Handle supplier follow-ups and provide regular client updates
  • Oversee project management aspects of awarded contracts
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve business processes
  • Provide strategic input for business development and growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction estimating within Australia
  • Strong background in contract administration
  • Experience in creating and implementing business processes
  • Engineering background preferred
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software
  • Track record of successful project delivery
  • Experience in residential construction preferred
