A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a VEP Analyst under the Success Operations team, you will be at the forefront of driving value across the customer lifecycle. Your role will encompass coordination, performance tracking, executive communications, and delivery of data-backed insights that inform strategic decisions.This position is instrumental in supporting Riskonnect's Value Elevation Program (VEP)—a customer-centric initiative designed to align account pricing with value received, maximize outcomes, and strengthen long-term relationships.

- Host and support monthly VEP kickoff calls; capture action items and decisions
- Send timely reminders for VEP option notifications
- Prepare and update dashboards for Offer 2 tracking and ELT status calls
- Generate reports on program financial performance and progress toward goals
- Provide briefing materials and insights for executive meetings
- Coordinate renewal calls, leadership syncs, and working sessions
- Reconcile VEP commissions monthly
- Conduct quarterly surveys and compile OKR results
- Assist with annual budget preparation for VEP-related activities
- Manage reporting/metrics for additional product lines: Resilience, CV, and MS
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable data insights
- 5+ years experience in operations, data analysis, or program coordination, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
- Timely delivery of VEP reporting and updates
- Clear and actionable insights for executive leadership
- Proactive coordination of cross-functional initiatives
- Improved tracking and alignment of value-based offerings
