Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing key aspects of employee benefits and payroll onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate and timely administration of HMO and insurance enrollments, as well as facilitate new hire bank account applications in coordination with our accredited banking partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the enrollment and termination of employees’ HMO and insurance benefits, ensuring timely updates and coordination with providers.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries related to HMO and insurance benefits.
  • Coordinate with the company’s accredited bank to handle the application and processing of new hires’ bank accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employee benefit and bank enrollment activities.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate payroll-related data and benefit deductions.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.
  • Assist with audits and documentation requests related to payroll and employee benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, or related HR functions.
  • Familiarity with HMO and insurance administration processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS or payroll software is a plus.
