Graphic Design and Communication Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design and Content Production

• Design and produce marketing and corporate materials such as presentations, brochures, flyers, emailers, proposals, and event collaterals.
• Create social media graphics, digital banners, and visual content for online platforms.
• Convert technical, commercial, or regulatory information into clear visual layouts, infographics, and charts.
• Format executive presentations, reports, and customer proposals following company brand standards.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when needed.

1. Communication Material Posting and Release

• Manage the posting, scheduling, and release of approved communication materials across all channels (social media, website, email, internal platforms, and partner channels).
• Execute communications based on the approved communications calendar.
• Ensure all materials released are the final, approved versions.
• Maintain a repository and version control of released materials.
• Monitor timelines to ensure on-time release of announcements, campaigns, and advisories.

1. Social Media and Digital Execution

• Create and schedule social media posts based on approved content plans.
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
• Update website content, graphics, and announcements as instructed.
• Track basic engagement metrics and submit monthly reports.

1. Event and Branding Support

• Produce event materials such as backdrops, banners, invitations, giveaways, and presentation decks.
• Support branding requirements for customer signings, industry events, and corporate functions.
• Ensure visual consistency across all event materials.

1. Brand Compliance and Asset Management

• Follow and apply company brand guidelines across all materials.
• Maintain organized folders of templates, logos, photos, and design assets.
• Ensure all outputs meet quality and branding standards before release.
