NUTSRV PHILIPPINES CORP., a PEZA registered export enterprise mainly engaged in Modifying, Producing, and Assembling of Parts for (Cabs, Vans, and/or Shells) for Camping Cars and/or Recreation Vehicles including the marking and designing of its interior furniture and accessories and fabrication of molder for its parts and accessories and the assembly of recreational vehicles such as motorhomes and camper vans/cabs which is located at 3rd Avenue, 5th Street, MEZ 1, Ibo, Lapu-Lapu City, is in need of additional personnel to fill in the position below:
GENERAL AFFAIRS SUPERVISOR
Position Summary
The General Affairs Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the company's administrative and general affairs functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The role oversees company facilities, transportation, security, housekeeping, office administration, government compliance, company assets, and vendor management while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Job Description- Supervise the daily HR operations, including employee relations, attendance management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Ensure efficient office operations and administrative support to all departments.
- Prepare departmental reports, budgets, and improvement plans.
- Monitor office supplies and administrative expenses.
- Oversee maintenance of company buildings, offices, utilities, and equipment.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of company premises.
- Monitor utility consumption and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Supervise renovation and improvement projects.
- Maintain records of company assets and equipment.
- Conduct periodic inventory and asset verification.
- Coordinate repairs, disposal, and replacement of company assets.
- Ensure proper utilization and safeguarding of company properties.
- Supervise security personnel and security service providers.
- Ensure implementation of company security policies.
- Monitor access control, CCTV systems, and visitor management.
- Investigate security incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate permits, licenses, and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with local government regulations.
- Coordinate inspections from government agencies.
- Maintain records of legal and regulatory documents.
- Assist in implementing Occupational Safety and Health programs.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities.
- Support company safety audits and inspections.
- Ensure emergency equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
- Prepare annual General Affairs budget.
- Monitor departmental expenditures.
- Recommend cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure efficient utilization of company resources.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and official functions.
- Support company programs and employee welfare activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain records of contracts, permits, maintenance schedules, and service agreements.
- Present reports and recommendations to management.
- Assign work schedules and responsibilities.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Promote discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.
- Implement cost-saving and efficiency projects.
- Support ISO, 5S, Kaizen, and other company initiatives.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Public Administration, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, Facilities Management, or related functions.
