Spanish Bilingual - Architect

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Los Angeles, CA Time, with 1-hour unpaid break Pacific time.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare design concepts and layout drawings for remodeling, single-family homes, and ADU projects. Draft construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Assist with preparing permit sets in compliance with California building codes.
• Coordinate design revisions and updates with the U.S.-based project managers and construction teams.
• Conduct remote site support by reviewing photos, field reports, and communicating with the team.
• Review and respond to shop drawings and material submittals.
• Research and recommend building materials based on project specifications.
• Resolve design-related issues through virtual coordination.
• Maintain organized digital project records and manage document updates.
• Communicate effectively through email, video calls, and project management platforms.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
• Active architectural license (required).
• 1–3 years of experience working on residential projects, preferably U.S. or international projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Knowledge of U.S. (specifically California) building codes and permitting standards.
