About the role
Join the dynamic team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. In this full-time role based in Metro Manila, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the smooth daily operations of the restaurant. You will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of the business.
What you'll be doing- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and inventory management
- Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Supervise and motivate the restaurant team, providing training and development opportunities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies
- Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improving profitability
- Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Assist in the overall management of the restaurant's budget and finances
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
