Sr. DevOps Engineer (12 Months Contract)

We are a Dubai-registered technology company with active operations across Europe and Asia, currently expanding our engineering team in Manila. As we scale our platform and take on increasingly complex projects, we’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join us on an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for extension or a permanent role as we grow.

WORK SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines with zero-downtime deployments
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available environments across all stages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, uptime, and cost efficiency
• Manage configuration management tools and container orchestration platforms
• Implement and maintain observability (logging, monitoring, alerting)
• Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and deployment workflows
• Support knowledge sharing, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and documentation
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support
• Perform additional duties aligned with the role as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years’ experience in DevOps or a similar software engineering role
• Deep expertise in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks
• Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Proven track record managing AWS or Azure environments at scale
• Solid experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar)
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools
• Background in iGaming, cryptocurrency, or a related industry (required)
• Must be available to work flexible mid-shift hours to accommodate collaboration between Manila and Eu teams.
