Software Engineer | HMO on Day 1 + Free Dependent
About the role
Enshored Inc. is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions that drive our business forward.This full-time position offers competitive benefits, including HMO on Day 1 and free coverage for your dependents.
Key Responsibilities
ML Ops & Platform DevelopmentBuild and maintain backend services (Python) that power machine learning models in production environments.
API Design & Development
Design, build, test, and document robust REST APIs that enable external systems to consume data insights and model predictions.
Cloud Infrastructure (IaC)
Deploy and manage AWS-based infrastructure (ECS, Lambda, SageMaker, etc.) using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation.
Data Pipelines & Integration
Support and optimize data workflows using tools like Apache Airflow and PostgreSQL, ensuring smooth data movement across systems.
CI/CD & AutomationImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and containerization using Docker and AWS ECR.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Data Scientists to ensure models and solutions are scalable, production-ready, and aligned with business needs.
Must-Haves- 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Backend Development, or Data Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python with a focus on clean, maintainable, and idiomatic code
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, and API Gateway
- Strong SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to AWS SageMaker or Bedrock
- Understanding of AWS networking fundamentals (VPC, Security Groups)
- Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB) or caching systems (Redis, Valkey)
- Experience in a BPO or high-growth startup environment
