Nezda Technologies, Inc.' is seeking 200 passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Pampanga as a Dayshift Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Salary Package: 16,200php

1. Fresh graduates or those with previous experience in a customer service or call centre role are encouraged to apply
2. or High School Graduate with 1 year Customer Service Experience
3. Must be amenable to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga
4. Must be amenable with Pure Dayshift Schedule

1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone.
2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers
3. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
6. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills
