About the role
Join C&E Publishing, Inc as a Account Sales Executive and play a key role in driving sales growth and customer success. As a Account Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and converting sales opportunities for the company's range of innovative publishing solutions.This is a full-time position based in Cebu.
What you'll be doing- Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through client visits, email campaigns, networking, marketing and other prospecting activities
- Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their unique publishing challenges and recommend tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals within defined targets and timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the publishing or software industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome objections
- Proficient in using CRM tools and sales enablement technologies
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
