Supply Chain Supervisor

Is currently looking for:

SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR

1. Team Supervision and Leadership:

• Supervise and lead a team of supply chain staff, including logistics coordinators, inventory clerks, and warehouse personnel.

1. Supply Chain Process Optimization:

• Implement process improvements and best practices to optimize procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

1. Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate tracking of stock levels to prevent stockouts, overstocking, or wastage.

2. Order Fulfillment and Customer Service
3. Compliance and Documentation
4. Budget and Cost Control
5. Reporting and Analysis
6. Continuous Improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, logistics, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
