The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling cash transactions, and serving food accurately and efficiently. They ensure cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas, assist in food preparation, and maintain adherence to company standards for quality, hygiene, and safety.The role requires teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering a great customer experience.
Qualifications/Requirements- At least a high school graduate (Senior High School or college level is a plus)
- With or without experience in food service (experience in fast food or casual dining is an advantage).
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
