Tax Compliance Officer

Drive tax compliance, minimize risk, and unlock tax efficiencies through strong audit, advisory, and regulatory management across the business.

• Identify tax risks and opportunities by analyzing business operations and financial data
• Assess tax exposures and recommend solutions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
• Strengthen tax processes and controls by improving systems, procedures, and reporting accuracy
• Lead end-to-end tax compliance, including filings, payments, and tax position reconciliations
• Ensure timely statutory reporting and full compliance with BIR and local tax regulations
• Manage BIR audits and assessments, including documentation, submissions, and issue resolution
• Drive tax efficiency and advisory support by collaborating with business units and initiating tax savings strategies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• CPA with a degree in Accountancy
• 1–3 years experience in tax compliance, audit, or advisory (Big 4 exposure is an advantage)
• Strong expertise in Philippine tax regulations, reporting, and compliance
• Proven experience handling BIR audits and assessments end-to-end
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills (tax audit and advisory)
• Ability to partner with business units and manage cross-functional requirements
