About the role

This role is strategically important to our operations, as you will directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to building long-term relationships with our clients.

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
4. Manage non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media when applicable
5. Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments
6. Maintain a positive attitude whilst managing multiple customer requests
7. Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics
8. Comply with company policies and quality standards
9. Participate in training programmes to enhance skills and product knowledge

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
2. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
3. Excellent listening and comprehension abilities
4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
5. Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
7. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
8. Proven customer service experience or demonstrated customer-facing skills
9. Willingness to work flexible schedules including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
10. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
