Quezon City - Advertising Specialist ((TV & Digital Media)

Position Overview

You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure high-quality execution backed by data.

• Plan, implement, and manage paid branding campaigns on TV, radio, streaming media, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain regular performance reports and analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop impactful ad creatives based on performance insights.
• Manage automated bidding strategies, audience segmentation, A/B creative testing, and lift studies.
• Execute media buys both via agencies and directly through social platforms.
• Lead performance reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning to optimize campaign results.
• Leverage analytics tools to gain insights and enhance advertising efficiency.
• Demonstrate advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and large datasets.
• Evaluate ad messaging and visuals to identify what resonates and drives engagement.
• Show initiative, creativity, and a passion for impactful brand communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• 2–3 years of experience managing large-scale paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of media buying, campaign reporting, and performance forecasting.
• Comfortable using digital analytics tools and interpreting complex data sets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
