Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to optimize warehouse processes.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
• Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and staffing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance regulations.
