ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support.
Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members.
Prepare and organize documents and reports as requested.
Coordinate communication between clients and the team effectively.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the software.
Support the preparation of invoices and manage billing processes.
RequirementsProven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
