Position: Quality AnalystLocation: Unit 702 Hanston Building F. Ortigas Jr. Road Ortigas Center Pasig [Office-Based]
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 09:00 - 06:00 M-F
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate online classes to ensure compliance with company standards and teaching guidelines.
- Conduct quality assessments of ESL teachers
- Provide objective feedback and coaching recommendations.
- Identify performance trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with trainers, team leaders, and management to improve teaching effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure consistency in quality standards across all departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Analysis, ESL Operations, Training, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback.
- Experience in performance evaluation, coaching, or call/class monitoring is an advantage.
