Job Description:
- Re-hang all unloaded carcass after chilling.
- Loading of ice in the chilling tank based on standard requirement.
- Arrange the dressed chicken coming from the shackle.
- Classify carcass based on tolerable defects.
- Packing of carcass based on product type.
- Operates wire clipper machine.
- Cutting of excess plastic packaging and crating of packed carcass.
- Transport crates with product to turn-over area.
- Weighs the product in-crate at the turn-over area.
- Withdraw plastic packaging at the dry warehouse.
