- 3-5 years of strong experience in quoting, procurement, or IT/technology sourcing roles
- Experience handling new quote requests and building quotes in the system pipeline
- Strong background in IT procurement, purchasing processes, and technology sourcing
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Experience working with Customer Purchase Orders (POs)
- Ability to identify competitive, cost-effective pricing and secure the best vendor quotes
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in time-sensitive scenarios
- Experience converting quotes into accurate sales orders
- Familiarity with CRM systems and quoting platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and online channel systems
- Knowledge of IT hardware procurement (e.g., headsets and related accessories)
- Experience coordinating with vendors and distributors for pricing, availability, and lead times
- Confident in communicating directly with customers and internal stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in pricing and configurations
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in a Rapid Response or Coordinated Response Team environment
- Build accurate and timely quotes for IT equipment, software, and related services based on customer requests
- Source pricing from vendors and distributors to ensure competitive and up-to-date quotes
- Review and validate product configurations, pricing, and availability before submitting quotes
- Work closely with sales and internal teams to understand customer requirements and turnaround expectations
- Act as part of the Rapid Response Desk, handling high-volume and time-sensitive quoting requests
- Convert approved quotes into sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong communication with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and product details
- Ensure all quotes meet company margin and pricing guidelines
- Track and manage quote revisions, ensuring accuracy across all updates
- Keep organized records of quotes, pricing, and customer requests
- Stay informed on IT products, pricing trends, and vendor offerings
- Escalate pricing discrepancies or availability issues to leadership as needed
