Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing strategies to promote vape products and related accessories. This role focuses on brand visibility, trade marketing, and consumer engagement while ensuring compliance with local regulations on vape advertising and promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for vape products across digital and on-ground channels
• Coordinate trade marketing activities such as in-store promotions, merchandising, and display execution in partner outlets
• Conduct market and competitor analysis within the vape and e-cigarette industry
• Support product launches, including new flavors, devices, and accessories
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory policies
• Work closely with sales teams to support sell-through strategies and dealer engagement programs
• Monitor inventory of marketing materials (POSM) and ensure proper distribution to stores
• Track and analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales impact
• Assist in organizing events, product demos, and brand activations (where legally permitted)
• Maintain partnerships with influencers, retailers, and distributors (subject to compliance guidelines)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or vape industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Familiarity with trade marketing and retail execution
• Knowledge of local regulations related to vape/e-cigarette marketing is an advantage
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
