Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Back Office)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Back Office) to support healthcare operations through case processing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. This is a non-voice or minimal voice role focused on maintaining accurate records, processing requests, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process healthcare-related requests and documentation.
  • Review and update case records with accuracy.
  • Monitor assigned worklists and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding pending requests and required actions.
  • Respond to emails and system-generated tickets professionally.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
  • Escalate issues requiring further investigation or action.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and established procedures.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and service level targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fast learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, or back-office operations is an advantage but not required.
  • Exposure to healthcare, medical, or BPO environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
