SALES COORDINATOR - MANDARIN SPEAKING- Assist the sales team in daily operations by managing customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and ensuring that all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Serve as the key point of contact for English and Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers. Translate and interpret communications as necessary and ensure clear, timely responses to client requests and queries.
- Oversee the end-to-end order process, from order placement to delivery. Ensure accurate order entry, coordinate with the logistics team, and track order progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing Englisha and Mandarin-speaking clients, address customer concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and order status. Generate and analyze sales reports to assist the sales team in tracking performance.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that sales targets and promotional strategies are being executed effectively. Provide insights into customer feedback and market trends.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls with clients. Ensure that all communication and follow-up tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Help prepare sales presentations, quotations, and proposals for clients. Ensure that all documents are professionally prepared and tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability, resolve stock-related issues, and keep clients informed about product delivery timelines.
- Assist in gathering market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity to help inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
Language Skills: Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in Mandarin Language.Experience: With or without experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably within a trading or international business environment.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of sales processes, order management, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software or sales management tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
