Are you a seasoned operations leader looking for a role where your skills will make a real impact? At TGT Global, we're seeking an Operations Manager to lead multiple teams, manage strategic client accounts, and drive operational excellence—all while working closely with high-profile clients in Australia.
International operations experience with diverse client bases is essential for this role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)- 5+ years of operations leadership experience, including at least 2 years as an Operations Manager
- Operations leadership experience must be specifically within BPO or offshoring environments
- Proven track record managing multiple teams and strategic client accounts
- Strong background in client management, workforce planning, and service delivery
- Experience leading Team Leaders (TLs), Assistant Team Leaders (ATLs), SMEs, and cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with process improvement projects and operational initiatives
- Exposure to site operations, facilities, and IT escalation processes
- Background in offshoring, BPO, or professional services is a plus
- Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder and client advisory skills
- Confident leader capable of managing complexity across multiple clients
- Data-driven, KPI-focused, and solutions-oriented
- Strong communicator, comfortable leading executive-level client discussions
- Highly organized, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities
- Proactive in driving engagement, retention, and continuous improvement
Your Impact Starts Here
Multi-Team & Client Leadership- Lead and mentor multiple teams across strategic (gold) client accounts
- Monitor TL performance, engagement, retention, and site readiness
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on operational and people matters
- Lead recurring client meetings and executive reviews
- Collaborate with clients on headcount planning, workforce needs, and training
- Partner with Techno Global Academy to deliver client-specific training programs
- Design and execute retention, engagement, and development plans
- Guide clients on KPIs, incentives, and performance management
- Roll out process improvements and operational innovation projects
- Oversee DR escalations, site operations, and facility readiness
- Partner with Facilities on site improvements and IT escalations
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational discipline
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Sales on workforce planning and redundancy initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance on corrective action processes
- Support transitions, redundancy planning, and alignment across internal stakeholders
