We are looking for:

MECHANICAL DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Job Description:

• Oversees the overall operations of the Mechanical department and communicates both to NKC Japan head office and NKC Philippine office in accomplishing the assigned conveyor projects
• Ensures that detail plans, design procedures and processes, right quality procedures are followed and are compliant to NKC standards
• Performs critical review of completed drawings and ensures that the drawings are aligned with the client’s project specifications

Qualifications/Requirements

• With ten (10) or more years’ experience in a Conveyor designing related field specifically handling international car manufacturers
• Knowledgeable in project management, cost estimating of Engineering related projects and conveyor designs
• Must be able to read, write and speak Japanese fluently or an N1 JLPT passer
• Can also communicate in English
• Good in coaching skills.
• Can work under pressure.
• Has good interpersonal relationship and a Team Player.
