Role Functions

Oversees audit planning and execution to ensure compliance with internalpolicies,accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Supervises audit teams,reviews their work,and provides guidance and training.
Identifies risks and control weaknesses,and recommends improvements toprocesses.
Prepares audit reports summarizing findings, root causes,and corrective actions.
Coordinates with other departments and management to address audit concerns.

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CIApreferred).

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in auditing, with at least 2 yearsin a supervisory or managerial role.

Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and auditstandards (e.g., llA, COSO).

Proficient in audit software, data analysis tools,and ERP systems (e.g.,SAP,Accumatica).

Leadership and Supervision

Ability to lead audit teams, manage schedules,and review deliverables. o Skilled in coaching, feedback,and team development.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Able to identify root causes,assess risks, and recommend practicalsolutions.

Communication and Reporting

Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings andwriting reports. o Comfortable engaging with al levels of management.

Ethics and Professional Judgment

High integrity and objectivity in handling sensitive information.
