Purpose of the Role:
The Business Finance Senior Specialist partners with the General Trade HVAC business (distributors, dealers, contractors, and project channels) to drive profitable growth, margin discipline, and cash efficiency. The role provides financial leadership across pricing, discounts, rebates, project economics, and working capital, enabling data-driven commercial and operational decisions.
Qualifications:
- BS Accountancy, Business Management, Economics, Management Accounting
Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- CPA, CMA is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial finance, business partnering, or project finance.
- Solid understanding of General Trade/Distributor/Retail, trade spend, and customer profitability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
