Quality Analyst (QA in Collection Agency)

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate collection calls (inbound/outbound)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection regulations
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents
- Conduct call audits and maintain quality scores
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Operations
Qualifications:
- At least 6 Months as Quality Analyst in Collections
- Experience in recovery accounts is an advantage
- Strong analytical and listening skills
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge in call monitoring and QA tools
- Proficient in MS Excel
