About the role
Grapevine Restaurant is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bustling bakery and café, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of our business.
What you'll be doing- Manage and lead a team of passionate food service professionals, including servers, baristas, and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and optimise operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure the bakery's profitability
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing training and development opportunities for your team
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute promotions, events, and new menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and experience in implementing operational procedures
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
