About the Role
We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representative with Sales experience to join our growing team in Cebu City. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support while driving customer engagement and sales opportunities through effective communication in both Japanese and English.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and capable of building strong relationships with clients while providing prompt and accurate assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Japanese and English.
- Promote company products and services while identifying sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide clear and accurate product and service information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
- Meet customer service standards and sales performance goals.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver outstanding service in every interaction.
- Proficient in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, telesales, or call center operations is preferred.
- Strong background in outbound sales, upselling, or appointment setting is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong customer relationship skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
