Job Description

Provide support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering accurate information through phone, chat, or email. Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing issues efficiently and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Document interactions and maintain records properly
• Adhere to company policies and service standards

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• With or without BPO experience (experience is a plus)
• Good communication skills (written and/or verbal)
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
