About the role

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join the Accounts Receivable team at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. Based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will play a key role in leading a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver excellent service and achieve key performance targets.

What you'll be doing
  1. Oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure high levels of productivity and performance
  2. Monitor team metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies
  3. Provide hands-on coaching, training and development to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
  4. Communicate effectively with the wider business to escalate issues and provide updates on team performance
  5. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and promote the company's values and vision
  6. Collaborate with the broader Accounts Receivable department to drive continuous process improvements
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role within a Customer Service or Accounts Receivable environment
  2. Proven track record of leading and motivating a high-performing team to achieve key targets
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues
  5. Solid understanding of call centre and accounts receivable processes and best practices
  6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving continuous improvement
