• Helps in finalizing concepts made by the Visual Merchandise and Display Manager
• Coordinates with Creatives Office on their requirements for the styling of merchandise
• Assists in scaling and preparing layouts of concepts prior to implementation
• Recommends/suggests ideas and concepts that will improve merchandise presentation
• Assists in coordinating with Store Branch Manager and Floor Manager on areas that need improvement in the overall display
• Assists in coordinating the production of store signs for special promotions and sale events
• Assists in improving the overall set-up of displays (e.g., signs, posters, display backgrounds, and other displays)
• Assists in preparing & securing permits for Off-site & exterior set-ups/projects
• Assists in sourcing display materials/props needed for projects/set-ups
• Observes safety & security measures when using accessories for display

• Checks the preparation and setting up of props for store overall display
• Borrows and returns display items
• Prepares checklist of display Items based on standard policies and procedures
• Inspects daily the merchandise display to ensure the correct assortment of items and realistic/artistic presentation of merchandise
• Changes display items to prevent fading or other damages
• Ensures documents, props, and display materials are counted after dismantling setup
• Ensures cleanliness & presentability of props & display materials for set-up use Monitors Project Staff’s performance

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB DIMENSIONS:

Education

College degree of 4 years preferably in Visual Merchandising, Art, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or other related fields

• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships, and direct teams
• Able to coordinate with suppliers in a professional manner
• Exceptional communication skills along with an ability to influence without direct authority
• Exceptional organizational and decision-making skills
• Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and judgment skills
• Strong presentation and design skills
• Creative and artistic; Has a strong sense of style, color, and design

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years visual merchandising experience preferably in Apparel, Accessories, Home, and Cosmetics categories.
• Must be willing to report to Makati Store and other Store locations if needed.
