We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive growth across channels. You must understand PPC extremely well (Google + Meta) and know how to scale performance while keeping CPA and lead quality under control.
This role is about leadership, strategy, and execution, not doing every tactical task yourself.
What you’ll do- Lead the team’s day-to-day priorities, deadlines, coaching, and performance
- Own PPC strategy, budgets, targets, and the testing roadmap (Google Ads + Meta Ads)
- Review performance, guide optimizations, and catch issues early (wasted spend, tracking gaps, lead quality drops, creative fatigue)
- Ensure solid measurement and reporting (GA4, GTM, pixels, attribution basics)
- Align ads, creative, landing pages, and social so messaging is consistent and conversion improves
- Build SOPs and QA standards, and help hire as the team grows
- 7+ years in digital marketing with strong performance marketing experience
- Atleast 4 years of experience in a leadership role onsite.
- Deep PPC knowledge (Google Ads + Meta Ads) with proven scaling results
- Experience leading a marketing team (accountability, process, coaching)
- Strong understanding of tracking and reporting (GA4/GTM)
- Confident managing budgets and making decisions based on data
- Lead-gen experience (calls/forms) in competitive industries
- CRO/landing page testing experience
- Looker Studio and CRM feedback loop experience
