Executes digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals: brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention and conversion to sales.
- Supports ideation, planning, execution, optimization, monitoring and reporting of all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, influencer marketing, and display advertising campaigns based on strategies. discussed by immediate head/s. Measures and reports performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Researches new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Observes end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Preparing actionable insights on public relations, communications and improving customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners in implementing campaigns to acquire customers and increase sales.
- Helps ensure that all content is consistent with brand voice and discipline. Suggests creative ways to maximize visibility of all content.
- Contributes to overall effectiveness of Marketing by researching on trends and insights, monitors spend and performance based on these insights, and suggests short-term and long-range issues that arise.
