Nan Tian (NT) Group, Ltd. Inc., the mother company of several multinational brands -- Tarsier Fried Food (TFF), Lan Hot Pot, Namsan Korean Barbeque, Golden Noodle House, Xiaolongkan Hot Pot, and other Asian food and beverage concepts.
A goal-oriented Restaurant Manager with strong expertise in boosting sales, controlling costs, and profit and loss management. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in restaurant operations and financial performance, including team leadership and customer experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth - Implement up-selling strategies and team training to increase average spend. Drive sales through promotions, local marketing, and VIP loyalty programs. Monitor and respond to sales trends and customer behaviour
- Inventory Management - Track and manage food and supply inventory accurately. Reduce food wastage and implement FIFO (first in, first out) practices. Coordinate with suppliers and control stock ordering
- Labor Cost Control - Prepare staff schedules based on sales forecasts and labor budgets. Manage timekeeping, productivity, and proper manpower allocation. Train team for multi-tasking and high-efficiency service
- P&L Management - Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance. Control operating costs (utilities, labor, COGS, waste) to meet budget targets. Analyse P&L reports and implement cost-saving measures
- Operational Leadership - Supervise all front- and back-of-house functions. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Resolve customer issues and ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years F&B experience with at least 3 years in a restaurant management role.
- Required Skill(s): Restaurant Management, People Management, Inventory, P&L Analysis
- Experience managing P&L budgets of PHP 5M+ and achieving target profit margins
- Proficiency with common restaurant POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, or similar)
- Fluent in English and Filipino (Tagalog); other Asian languages are a plus
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and provide character references
- Must possess or obtain ServSafe Food Safety Certification or equivalent within 30 days of employment
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing teams of 30+ staff across front and back of house operations
- Willing to work shifts, holidays, and weekends.
