Senior Field Sales -Visayas

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the Visayas region
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
• Conduct regular field visits, client presentations, and product demonstrations
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support
• Expand market presence and promote company products/services

Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of field sales experience (preferably in industrial or technical sales)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Willingness to travel extensively within Visayas
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer relationship management skills
