Duties and Responsibilities
- Accreditation Management:
- Coordinate and oversee the accreditation process with relevant government agencies.
- Prepare and submit all required documentation for accreditation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of accreditation statuses and renewals.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor changes in government regulations and ensure the organization's practices comply.
- Update policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive reports for submission to government bodies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accreditation-related activities.
- Assist in the preparation of internal reports and presentations.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to Partnerships Officer and other senior staff.
- Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and organize events related to accreditation.
- Handle inquiries related to accreditation and compliance.
- Liaison and Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and government agencies.
- Facilitate communication and resolve any issues that arise during the accreditation process.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other event
- Fundings:
- Comply with necessary requirements needed by partner offices/organizations to secure funding
- Create letters/proposals to secure funding
- Assist the Partnerships and Acquisitions Head during meetings with government offices/institutions for funding
- Prepare and/or present funding reports to management and partner offices/organizations
- Draft proposed training schedules/details for TESDA
- Prepare and submit TESDA Project Proposal/s and/or other relevant documents needed for scholarship requests
- Constantly coordinate and follow-up with TESDA and other offices regarding status of funding requests.
- Partnerships:
- Look for potential partner schools, organizations, and institutions for student recruitment
- Prepare letters/proposals to initiate meetings with potential partners
- Present and discuss the program to potential partners
- Represent the company during meetings with partner institutions/offices as needed
- Comply with necessary requirements needed by partner offices/organizations
- Prepare and facilitate meetings/events in relation to student recruitment partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with existing partners
- Assist the Sales Executive during meetings and events as needed
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in accreditation management, regulatory compliance, or a related administrative role. Experience with government agencies and regulatory requirements is a plus
Skills: Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management tools. Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate record-keeping and meeting deadlines.
Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle inquiries and provide timely solutions. Adaptable to regulatory changes and committed to ensuring compliance.
