Marketing assistant - Manila
About the role
We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at ETEPOWER (PHILIPPINES) INC.' Based in Malate, Manila City, this is a full-time role that will play a vital part in supporting our marketing initiatives and driving the growth of our business.
What you'll be doing- Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media and print
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and social media content
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects
- Maintain and update marketing databases, reports and other relevant documentation
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
- Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role, ideally in the marketing/communications industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing tools
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work well in a team environment
