A Bookkeeper (Senior) is expected to:

  • Accurately manage and maintain financial records for multiple clients, adhering to
Australian standards.
  • Process transactions, prepare invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Proficiently use Xero Accounting Software for financial management and reporting,
emphasizing back office support.
  • Engage in ongoing training, including Xero Training and Certifications, to master
essential skills.
  • Support in preparing financial statements and reports, enhancing team efficiency and
output.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined bookkeeping

processes.
