What to Expect with our USRN NCLEX Sponsorship Program:
- Scholarship is for experienced PH Nurses. That means you are with an active PRC License with at least six (6) months clinical experience either as volunteer, at a hospital or anything similar. A valid Philippines passport will also come in handy.
- Achieve a passing score to NCLEX-type assessment. At the onset of your Recruitment process, you will take an online exam that is about two hours to gauge your probability of getting an NCLEX scholarship. Once you’ve achieved a passing mark, be ready for a behavioral interview before you are offered the NCLEX Program contract.
- The NCLEX review will take seventeen (17) weeks for nine (9) hours a day. Like any student reviewing for an exam, the classes require your full commitment and attention. Attendance is expected as well as your focused participation during lectures. Come on time and come prepared. From your pre-NCLEX assessment to your graduation, be prepared to invest about five (5) months of your focus and time.
- Benefit from a review program tailor-fit to your needs. Our NCLEX Instructors conducts 1:1 coaching and supplementary discussion for scholars to help you ace your exams. A work opportunity with Shearwater Health is also offers after you have taken the exams.
- Expenses are shouldered by Shearwater Health CPO so you can focus your mind to acing the exams. As a sponsored program, you get to save from Application Fees, Exam preparation expenses, and examination fees.
What we look for:
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate of BS Nursing
- Must have an active PRC Nursing License
- Must be a valid Philippines passport holder
- Preferably with at least six (6) months of recent hospital bedside care experience; fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- With excellent Communication, Organizational, Time Management, and Interpersonal skills
- Must be amenable for a graveyard shift or any shift schedule
- Must be amenable for a temporary work from home setup
- Must be amenable to report onsite once endorsed to USRN campaign in Taguig, Pampanga, or Cebu City
- Amenable to start on September or October!
