The role

Our Australian-based client is looking for an experienced Claims Assessor / Loss Adjuster to review damage to motor vehicles and take responsibility for the assessing phase of the claim’s management process, in summary this role will see you:

• Manage an insurance claim, including assessment reports, completion of scope of works and costing estimation,
• Interact with Customers, Clients, Trades, and internal staff to build strong relationships and capture critical information to resolve queries in relation to insurance claims,
• Conduct your activity in a timely manner,
• Prepare your own assessment reports to be sent directly to the client,
• Maintain regular communication with Management on technical or customer service issues
