The Customer Service Representative for the Travel & Hospitality Account handles cruise sales inquiries and supports customers in booking travel packages. This role focuses on outbound sales and converting leads into confirmed cruise reservations.
It requires strong communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced BPO environment. The position is onsite and suited for candidates who are target-driven and comfortable with sales performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for cruise travel services
- Promote and sell travel and cruise packages
- Assist customers with booking, inquiries, and travel information
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards
- At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate
- Minimum 1 year sales experience (BPO or non-BPO outbound sales)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- CEFR B2 English proficiency level required
- Willing to work onsite and in a sales-driven environment
- Basic salary up to ₱31,000
- Performance incentives up to ₱70,000
- Promo rate: ₱25,000 for Sales LOB
- Metro Point Mall, EDSA corner Taft Avenue, Rotonda, Pasay City
- TP MOA Site, 5th Floor (near Mall of Asia area)
- Onsite work setup
