Project Manager (Junior Level) - Muntinlupa

Job Description:

• Coordinate and oversee the progress of multiple projects, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking tools to monitor progress.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and status.
• Identify and resolve potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Prepare project documentation including status reports, meeting notes and task assignment.
• Collaborate with team leads to allocate resources efficiently and maintain project momentum.
• Support stakeholder meetings, providing updates and gathering feedback to ensure expectations are met.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
• Has strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Has basic understanding of project management methodologies
• Possess a problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project)
• Preferably with experience working in cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams
